    The BizNest team developed a comprehensive business plan and financial model for transitioning to autonomous heating, prepared the required technical documentation, facilitated grant funding, and provided full project coordination — from technical planning to the commissioning of the boiler house.

    The “FuelWood” boiler house was successfully put into operation. Heating costs were reduced by five times, and the building gained a fully autonomous and stable heating system. The business became significantly less dependent on external factors and energy supply risks.
